Advantages of Jute Viscose Fiber

In the nature fiber, cotton' s output is taking the 1st position. The 2nd is bast fiber plants, such as jute, flax, hemp, ramie, sisal and so on. Totally, bast fiber is about 50 million tons per year, and Jute takes about 60%~70% of the output. jute viscose fiber is from jute plant, so one of our important advantages is abundant raw material.

All of our raw jute is imported from Bangladesh which can guarantee stable production and high quality. Our production capability is 30,000 MT per year. The length of our raw jute material is all in 20mm~30mm.

Green and Environmental Friendly

Jute viscose fiber is made from 100% natural and reproducible Bangladesh Jute plant. Traditionally farmed, it is grown in similar conditions to organic farming. There is crop rotation and no pesticides. Jute grows fully in 4-6 months. When the plant is in flower, the jute is harvested, usually between July and October, and goes through a process of retting where the raw jute fibers are extracted from within the stalk. We use the cooking, bleaching, glue system, spinning and post-processing and other patented high-tech tech, cellulose material of jute extracted are preserved natural anti-bacterial substances. During the process of hydrolysis-alkalization & multiphase bleaching, no harmful chemicals are used.

'C' type cross-section; Jute viscose fiber has special cross section which is fistular and mirco-grooves in the surface. It is nice absorption and quick drying.

Jute viscose fiber has a natural antibacterial characteristic. The growth processes are no pesticides and insecticides; with self-protection also we maximize the retention of such substances in the production process. Then it is kept in the jute viscose fiber macromolecular chain and not broken. So jute viscose fiber has antibacterial function.
